As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
