**Job Summary**
We are currently seeking an experienced Client Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our record labels and DSP partners, providing exceptional support and ensuring the quality of digital releases. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to kick-start their career in the music distribution and technology space. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional support to our record labels and DSP partners, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure the quality of digital releases, which are being sent to digital service providers worldwide
* Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback and recommendations to the team
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* A clear passion for music and an affinity with the online music industry
* Experience with classical music, either playing an instrument or handling classical metadata
* Customer and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills on an international level
* Fluent in English (written and verbal)
