Responsibilities • Send initial disclosures and Loan Estimate from Encompass to buyer reputed company 3 days of application. • reputed company requested, send change of circumstance loan estimates reputed company 3 days of change request • Order reputed company party verifications. • Follow-up on signed loan estimates reputed company company timeframes.
