Associate Marketing Manager, Originals (Hulu)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Support the development of strategy, positioning, and target audiences for Hulu Original animated and scripted series.
• Socialize the marketing strategy across integrated departments and key partners including executive teams, development, and producers/creators.
• Manage cross-functional team planning to develop and execute 360 campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative partners and cross-functional teams to deliver assets for campaigns.
• Attend and organize key meetings, developing campaign recaps and updates, and using project documents to ensure execution against goals.
• Work with external marketing partners/agencies to develop and implement marketing initiatives across various media channels.
• Ensure resources are prioritized by managing and driving key deadlines and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Execute marketing plans to reach new and existing audiences and achieve show-specific and company goals.
• Analyze the effectiveness of media and marketing data to optimize spend and performance across marketing channels.
• Track budget and spend and investigate industry trends to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements
• 3 years minimum of relevant experience in marketing original entertainment content.
• Proven history of executing content marketing campaigns.
• Interest in animation and entertainment.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Self-starter with a curious mindset and willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proven understanding of media/advertising and entertainment marketplace.
• Ability to partner with multiple constituencies in a team environment.
• Strong creative eye and presentation skills.
• Client and/or Agency experience is a plus.
• Computer proficiency; highly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
