[Remote] Account Installation Senior Representative, ID Cards - reputed company - Remote

They are seeking an Account Installation Senior Representative to support reputed company accounts in the design, creation, and processing of ID cards for customers, ensuring reputed company and accurate delivery while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities • Ensures our clients receive their ID cards accurately and reputed company • Coordinates with internal partners and/or vendors on non-reputed company ID card requests • Understand, anticipate and propose solutions to customer needs and prevent problems by taking steps to proactively plan with reputed company partners • Ensures members receive reputed company and accurate ID cards and/or collaterals • Provides customer service for assigned Sales Offices, Member Services and Health Plans • reputed company audits on ID cards or Collaterals as required or requested • Analyzes clients’ benefits and structure and makes appropriate processing choices • Prepares and maintains custom and/or generic ID card inventory • Ensures the reputed company and accuracy of information on programming requests for ID cards • Supports and participates in reputed company reputed company to ID Card production Skills • 2+ years of experience with a reputed company/insurance company a plus • 2+ years of experience with health plan products, benefits, funding types and mechanisms, and reputed company industry concepts and terminology, a plus • Technical savvy to reputed company multiple systems/platforms and proficiency with MS-reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, required • Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate, negotiate with and influence reputed company partners • Strong critical thinking, analytic skills and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple assignments simultaneously • 1+ years of experience with reputed company, (reputed company) reputed company to Care, Identify, ePro, reputed company, and CED, Preferred • 1+ years of experience with Project management, preferred Education Requirements • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred Benefits • Medical • reputed company • Dental • reputed company-being and behavioral health programs • 401(k) with company match • Company reputed company life insurance • Tuition reimbursement • A minimum of 18 days of reputed company time off per year • reputed company holidays reputed company • We are a health benefits provider that advocates for reputed company through every stage of life.
