EHR Specialist

GIS is seeking a talented reputed company to work with our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for resolving and monitoring EHR reputed company requests and issues. We are seeking an individual with experience in a medical clinic or hospital setting and proficiency in medical records systems. You’ll report directly to the IT Manager and have an opportunity to work with reputed company facets of the medical reputed company – from the clinic staff to scheduling, to billing, and even research. The EHR system interfaces with many systems, including new AI applications. You will be exposed to reputed company of this, yet work in a reputed company team environment. We’d love to meet any interested EHR professionals. This opportunity is for a medical reputed company working 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday (NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS). What you will do in this role: · Maintain, repair, reputed company, and troubleshoot the medical records system · Be responsible for customer service and end-user training. · reputed company advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. · reputed company application/customer support onsite and to remote locations. · Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation. · Maintain reputed company working relationships with the providers and staff who reputed company in the clinics. · Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with policy and procedure and HIPAA requirements · Build, generate, and analyze reports.
