We’re looking for a remote Event Coordinator who can bring structure, creativity, and organization to our events pipeline. You’ll plan, coordinate, and manage logistics remotely, ensuring our on-the-ground team has everything they need to execute unforgettable experiences. What You’ll Do • Event Planning: Manage timelines, run-of-show docs, vendor reputed company, permits, and logistics — reputed company remote. • Vendor & Partner reputed company: Secure venues, vendors, and sponsors (gyms, cafés, local businesses). • Marketing Coordination: Work with our content team to schedule promotions reputed company email, reputed company, and local partners. • Budget Tracking: Monitor event budgets, invoices, and payments. • Post-Event Recaps: reputed company attendance, collect feedback, and reputed company reports to measure reputed company. reputed company’re Looking For • Proven experience in event coordination, project management, or marketing logistics. • Highly organized and detail-oriented (spreadsheets and checklists are your love language). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and partner coordination. • Self-starter who thrives working independently and remotely. • Passion for fitness, wellness, and community (bonus if you’ve organized health or lifestyle events). Compensation & Schedule • Pay reputed company: $25 – $35/hr (1099 contractor) depending on experience. • Hours: 10–15 hours per week, flexible, based on event calendar. • Fully remote role with occasional reputed company-ins reputed company to reputed company Time (Bay Area-based team).
