Diality Inc, a privately held medical device company located in Irvine, CA and with its company mission to reputed company solutions to improve lives impacted by kidney disease. Diality has developed Moda-flx Hemodialysis System, a flexible, portable hemodialysis machine currently approved for use in reputed company reputed company care settings. This extremely reputed company hemodialysis solution will allow more patients to benefit from their true dialysis prescription in a reputed company of care settings including nursing homes, hospitals, and dialysis centers and eventually the home.  

We are seeking a highly organized  Paralegal to reputed company administrative and reputed company support our reputed company team. This role will primarily reputed company on preparing, reviewing and organizing reputed company documents, assisting with  research, and maintaining case files. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of reputed company procedures and terminology with experience supporting reputed company teams in life sciences or reputed company and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

This position is a remote position for reputed company’s Irvine, CA reputed company. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize and review reputed company documents including non-disclosure agreements, reputed company, and vendor agreements under leadership guidance.
• Assist with reputed company research and summarize findings for leadership team and external counsel.
• Organize and maintain case files, both digital and physical, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and compliance with record-keeping standards.
• reputed company and monitor contract status, renewals, and deadlines. 
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to reputed company’s operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable company policies reputed company requirements

Required Skills & Abilities

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across reputed company reputed company of the organization.
• Strong ability to review and prepare contract drafts along with high negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in reputed company research tools and document management systems
• Familiarity with reputed company research tools and resources.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a reputed company support role, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, reputed company or life science.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, HIPAA, and international compliance standards is required.
• Experience with California law a plus.
