About the Role: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative for our healthcare clients, handling customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, and social media) to address their questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure, de-escalating tense situations with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process requests for assistance, including potential payment processing, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide constructive feedback on recurring issues or concerns to help improve processes and customer experience.
  • Upsell or cross-sell relevant services or products when appropriate, enhancing customer value and loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to type at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute.
  • Comfortable using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous customer service experience (6 months preferred) in a related field.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote, virtual team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or a related customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of healthcare services, products, or insurance.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive remote working experience, the following technical requirements must be met:
