Key Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to drive business growth and expand our customer base
- Process customer policy change requests and secure all necessary trailing documents
- Handle incoming claim calls from customers and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests and verify customer information to ensure accuracy
- Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner, setting the tone for a positive experience
- Take premium payments from customers and provide support with any queries or concerns
- Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell our financial products, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information to ensure accuracy
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring and return all phone messages promptly, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends
