**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk (Remote), you will be responsible for:
* Entering data into appropriate fields, including databases, records, and files, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Transferring data from paper formats via computer, recorders, or scanners, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing errors
* Handling numerical data accurately, creating and organizing spreadsheets with large numbers, and summarizing data for standardized reports
* Curating data directly from speech or interviews, and updating databases or records with new information as it becomes available
* Correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records, ensuring data integrity and consistency
* Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on speed and efficiency
* Complying with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly, protecting sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
* Viewing and verifying confidential or private customer/client information, protecting the information and identities of customers/client
* Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clutter-free and organized workspace
**Requirements**

* Accurate and precise attention to detail, with a focus on data entry and accuracy
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

* Skilled knowledge in generating process documentation, with the ability to create clear and concise reports

* Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to type at a high speed and accuracy
* Ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data, with a focus on clear communication and accuracy

* High school diploma; associate's degree, or bachelor degree in business, administration, or related field not required but preferred
* Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
