Job Overview
As an Outbound Chat Support Associate at ValueAdd Research and Analytics Solutions LLP, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction through efficient and professional communication. Key Responsibilities
• Initiate proactive outbound chat communications with customers to address inquiries, provide assistance, and enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering timely and accurate responses to their queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outbound capacity.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Multi-lingual abilities are a plus.
• Prior experience in a sales or lead generation role.
