Position reputed company Title: RN ADON – Bethlehem, PA # of Positions: 1 Schedule: Full time 7-3 Facility: TBA General Comments Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Salary based on years of experience JOB REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience: • BSN required; MSN preferred. • 3 years minimum nursing experience is required. • 2 years or more years with staff development and training program experience. • Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to LTC facility required. • Equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities as cited above will be considered. • The ADON must have prior ADON experience and strong leadership skills.
