About the Role

Our Large Customer Sales teams work closely with the world's biggest advertisers and agencies, providing a unique perspective on the massive shift towards mobile and online advertising. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll advise clients on our broad range of products across search, video, and mobile, helping them connect seamlessly with their audiences. You'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges, and developing data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations to meet their marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Manage Client Relationships: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics, and work proactively to ensure their needs are met.
  • Drive Business Growth: Plan for and achieve business growth targets by presenting our advertising products and solutions that align with clients' marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders: Work cooperatively with various teams to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop Forward-Thinking Analyses and Recommendations: Create data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that quantify high-impact opportunities and present clear recommendations to clients.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously build an in-depth knowledge of our Advertising products and their applications in meeting a wide range of marketing objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a business-related field.
  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting or business.
  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, YouTube, or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
