Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly input customer and account data from source documents, including text-based and numerical information
- Sort information based on priorities and ensure its accuracy
- Correct errors and deficiencies in data and check for any incompatibilities
- Conduct research to obtain missing information for incomplete documents
- Apply relevant data program techniques and procedures to ensure data quality
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information processed and ensure data security
- Respond to inquiries and provide access to relevant files when required
- Comply with data integrity and security policies to safeguard our organization's data
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or a comparable position, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
