What You'll Be Doing

Qualifications and Experience

- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs (required)
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required)
- To be located in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah
