About the Role

As a Data Entry Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for executing a variety of data enrichment tasks as defined by our esteemed clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Enrichment Tasks as per client definitions, following detailed training provided by blithequark.
  • Perform a range of data entry tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with various state boards to obtain status updates, demonstrating proactive engagement and effective communication.
  • Ensure the timely and high-quality completion of tasks, adhering to client expectations and blithequark's quality standards.
  • Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as required, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
  • Verify client information with third-party entities using online databases for cross-checking, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

Essential Qualifications
