Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Authorize sales and build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
- Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other software applications to manage customer information and perform job duties
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience
- Must live within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Rapid City, SD
- Confidence using a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Be 18-years-old or older
- Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
