Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
In this critical role, you will contribute your skills and experience to our call center team, responding to provider inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, policy, and other healthcare-related topics. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephones and responding to customer questions in a timely and professional manner, forwarding calls to appropriate personnel as needed
- Recording calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiating required confirmation without direct supervision
