Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Seasonal Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering large business orders, updating spreadsheet information, and providing administrative support to various departments. Key Responsibilities
- Process all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Format Excel orders as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Set up profiles for all Excel orders and maintain accurate records.
- Process incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division, meeting demanding deadlines.
- Process incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
- Execute Customer Gift History lists and enter catalog requests and address changes.
- Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
- Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources.
- Process special projects for various departments throughout the company.
Essential Qualifications
- 6 months of data entry experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Medium to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including macros and formulas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other departments.
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division.
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute (wpm) or higher.
- Proven knowledge of computer navigation and software applications.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other productivity software.
- Familiarity with data management and organization best practices.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
