Job Summary

Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service calls, including billing, payments, plan changes, and upgrades
- Use creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns
- Navigate multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records

- Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience

- Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources
- Perform basic troubleshooting on products and services
- Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls
