**Your duties and responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Professional at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

**Requirements for the position**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum of 1 year customer service experience**: You'll need to have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
* **Minimum high school diploma or GED**: You'll need to have a minimum high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
* **Ability to work Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm EST**: You'll need to be available to work Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm EST, with flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.

**Working conditions and physical requirements**
As a Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you'll be working in a virtual environment, with the following working conditions and physical requirements:
* **Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer**: You'll need to be able to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer, with regular breaks to stretch and move around.
* **Hours of operation**: The hours of operation are 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday between 8am-12am EST, 365 days per year, including holidays.
* **Shifts**: Shifts are usually 5 consecutive days on with 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts, but can change to meet business needs.
**Training and onboarding**
When you start, you'll undergo a comprehensive training program that includes:
* **Virtual "classroom" training**: You'll participate in virtual "classroom" training, which will cover the basics of customer service, our products and services, and our policies and procedures.
