Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, video calls, and live chats, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support for their queries and concerns.
  • Utilizing your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior support agents or subject matter experts as needed.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, staying up-to-date on new features, updates, and releases.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer support initiatives.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your technical skills, product knowledge, and customer service expertise.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handling time.
  • Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime, to accommodate our clients' needs and ensure 24/7 support coverage.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Virtual Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

Experience Requirements

* At least 6 months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment. * A home office setup with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups. * High-level professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes. * Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills. * Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary. * Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments.

Technical Requirements

* CPU: i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, No Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors. * Internet Download Speed: 5Mbs down speed minimum. * Internet Upload Speed: 3Mbs up speed minimum. * Network Latency: Max 250 MS latency max. * OS: Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit). * RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended. * Home office setup with an ethernet cord connected to your computer. * Desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes.
