**Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally, resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
* Multitasking across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately
* Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless integration of our clients' processes and brand care
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A desktop or laptop with Windows 11 or higher (no Chromebooks or MacBooks)
* A friendly, social personality with excellent communication skills
* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Previous call center experience (preferred)
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
**Compensation & Benefits**

**Schedule**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work the following schedule:
* Monday-Friday: 4pm-6pm
* Saturdays: 8am-8pm
