As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' members or customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. If you're passionate about delivering compassionate care and have a strong background in customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our clients' members or customers * Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisites, and coverage to provide accurate information to our clients' members or customers * Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, etc., to ensure comprehensive support * Processing claims inquiries, including addressing billing issues and resolving disputes * Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries, grievances/complaints, and other customer concerns * Managing LEP (Limited English Proficiency) inquiries and disputes to ensure equal access to healthcare services * Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs * Providing self-help options, including access to member portals and local locations for pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist services **Experience Required for Your Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A High School diploma or equivalent * At least 18 months of Call center experience, with a strong background in customer service * A Healthcare background is a plus, but not required * A minimum of 2 years of Computer Experience in a work environment, with proficiency in software applications and systems * The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to empathize and care for our clients' members or customers * A dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection (50 Mb/s download speed and 10 Mb/s upload speed) * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with our clients' members or customers * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions * The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team * A strong commitment to customer-centricity, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and support * The ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
