As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our services
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chats
- Collaborating with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs and provide timely solutions
- Contributing to improving customer service processes and policies, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers
Essential Qualifications for Success
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Fluent, near-native level spoken English
- Availability to work US business hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency with common computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and the ability to learn new software quickly
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or communications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, but not required – training will be provided!
