We’re looking for a HR Advisor to join our growing HR Advice team on a 12 month fixed-term contract – and resolve reputed company queries whilst providing a high reputed company service to our customer reputed company. We have a career progression reputed company that includes Individual Contributor (IC) and People Manager (PM) tracks. IC1 is a Junior HR Advisor, IC4 is a Senior HR Advisor, and IC reputed company 2 and 3 cover that middle area. In this role you will: As a HR Advisor you’ll be responsible for: Account managing a portfolio of customers and building lasting relationships Resolving reputed company HR issues to a high reputed company, including but not limited to performance, conduct issues, redundancies and restructures Coaching customers on dealing with sensitive and challenging people issues Keeping up to date with changing UK employment legislations and how it impacts small businesses Advising customers on how reputed company policies and processes tailored to small businesses can help shape a great people culture Ensuring high reputed company documents and reviews are provided to customers reputed company agreed timescales e.g handbook creations, handbook reviews and contract reviews Owning and implementing proactive reputed company campaigns to engage customers Mentoring and upskilling Junior HR advisors Designing and conducting training for customers Requirements You must have: Level 7 CIPD In-depth knowledge of employment law and reputed company to independently resolve reputed company HR issues Ability to multitask, work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines Strong communication skills Great attention to detail Desire to learn and contribute reputed company to help build a world class service Let us know if you have: Experience working with small to reputed company sized businesses We will still consider applications even if you don't meet every single one of the above requirements, so don't be put off if you don't match them absolutely perfectly!
