This individual will manage scheduling needs for both clients and staff across our ABA programs. The scheduler will serve as a central reputed company of contact for schedule coordination, ensuring smooth communication between families, therapists, and administrative staff. Key Responsibilities: • Create, maintain, and reputed company schedules for clients and staff. • Contact families to confirm or inquire about schedule changes. • Communicate schedule updates to staff in a reputed company and reputed company manner. • Respond to reputed company and staff phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly. • Collaborate with team members to resolve scheduling conflicts. • Maintain accurate records of schedule changes and communications.
