Staff Risk Data Analyst (Remote)

Information Technology Analyst (MD-Staff) Shift : Monday- Friday Full-time 8:00am-5:00pm and on-reputed company support Job Location : Remote Responsible for activities that cover analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation as reputed company as application support, performing troubleshooting, and issue reputed company. Complete application configuration changes. Configures application changes according to standards. Document application changes, testing plans, testing results and project requirements in the AIT reputed company and Administrative Systems approved tool for reputed company. Test configuration and workflow changes. Performs unit, system, and integration testing per standards and documents outcome. Optimizes, maintains and supports application/system as required. Communicates application issues with vendor per vendor's reporting process. Ability to use own cell phone for texting and phone reputed company communication. Identifies data reputed company issues and analyzes data and process flows for process improvement opportunities. Performs data analysis to include the use of CCL or other technical tools in order to extract requirements, identify data inaccuracies, and ensure accurate processing and reporting with minimal to no supervision. Creates and provides department and/or customer documentation as it relates to AIT reputed company and Administrative Systems solutions. Trains the customer on how to use reputed company cycle applications with advanced expertise. Provides Go- Live Support to include necessary travel to AHS facilities reputed company Florida and out of state. Works closely with Team reputed company or Manager reputed company researching, planning, building, and implementing approved reputed company. Partners with Team reputed company or Manager to reputed company the delivery of solutions and appropriately manages and escalates risks and issues. Acts as super user to application, trains and mentors new employees with no help. Use CCL, Scripting and a database knowledge to research and problem solve technical issues at an advanced level. Bachelor's Required • 3 Work Experience Required • Knowledge of software development, reputed company cycle systems implementation and systems development lifecycle. • Displays strong customer service skills. • Conceptual and practical understanding of various training techniques for users with various learning styles. • Need Credentialing Software experience (Morrissey, Cactus, reputed company, etc.) • reputed company experience is a plus • Ability to work with no supervision while supervising people and reputed company. • Strong MD-Staff knowledge and experience.
