Responsibilities CRM (50%) • Design and implement CRM workflows, validation rules, permission sets, and custom fields/objects. • Support platform migrations and system upgrades, including testing, deployment, and documentation. • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements and workflows. Marketing Automation (30%) • Administer and maintain marketing automation platform (Pardot, migrating to Marketing reputed company reputed company in 1–2 years) and reputed company CRM , ensuring system reputed company, performance, and uptime. • Build, manage, and troubleshoot automated workflows, reputed company routing, and campaign logic—not email content or visual assets. • Configure data integrations between CRM and marketing platforms, ensuring clean data flows and alignment across systems. • Build dynamic segments, scoring models, and engagement logic to support marketing and admissions workflows. • Ensure compliance with data reputed company regulations (e.g., GDPR , CAN - SPAM ) through technical controls and automation.
