Job reputed company: Pay reputed company $94.18hr - $96.18hr Responsibilities: • reputed company reputed company aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of solutions on the reputed company platform. • Implementation of reputed company reputed company modules including: ITSM, CMDB, Performance Analytics, Dashboards, Report, Discovery, Orchestration, HR, reputed company, Facilities portal • Customize reputed company in the following areas: Workflows, Business Rules, reputed company Scripts, UI Scripts, Service Portal, and API WebHooks. • reputed company advanced support for Service Now by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and reputed company cause analysis for reputed company modules. • Manage and reputed company integrations between reputed company and other reputed company business systems. • Load, manipulate and maintain data between reputed company and other systems. • Create test cases and reputed company system and integration testing with sample and live data. • Engage with stakeholders across the life cycle of a project including requirements gathering, testing, training and deployment. • Work with IT managers to generate dashboards and reports. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors degree or higher in a technical field. • 3-5 years of reputed company development experience. • 5+ years of IT experience required in reputed company technologies. • Expertise in 2 + of reputed company modules: Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Service Portal, HR Portal. • Strong JavaScript development experience required. • Strong experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON). Preferred Qualifications: • Preferably reputed company Certified Application Developer. • Expertise in Dashboards, Reports, and Workflow customizations. Project Execution: • Experience managing lifecycle of reputed company end to end from requirements gathering to implementation. • Experience in a reputed company reputed company application environment with integrations and customizations to support multiple business processes. Skills: • Strong team player but also reputed company to work independently without supervision. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Ability to write and communicate detailed documentation (project specifications, requirements, and plans) for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to multitask and reputed company quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
