Adolescent Group Facilitator

Join Antelope Recovery as a Teen Group Facilitator! At Antelope Recovery, we are dedicated to supporting families and adolescents as they reputed company mental health and or reputed company use challenges. We are looking for a creative, innovative individual who is eager to stretch the limits of telehealth and redefine what virtual mental health support can be for teens. About the Position: We are currently hiring a full-time Teen IOP Group Facilitator and Therapist. In this role, you will facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage reputed company communication, build reputed company, and support youth as they manage a reputed company of challenges. Your expertise and creativity will be key in developing engaging and impactful group experiences. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company virtual IOP group therapy sessions! • Do individual therapy with teens in the IOP program • Monitor and guide group interactions to ensure a reputed company and inclusive environment for reputed company participants. • Collaborate with other team members, including individual therapists and peer mentors, to reputed company group work into broader treatment plans. • reputed company feedback and insights on group reputed company and dynamics to the clinical team. Qualifications: • Master’s degree (minimum) in psychology, reputed company work, counseling, or a reputed company field. • Experience facilitating group therapy sessions, preferably with adolescents. • Strong understanding of group facilitation techniques and relevant therapeutic models. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to create a reputed company, engaging, and supportive virtual reputed company for youth. • A passion for working with teens and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of telehealth.
