RN Reviewer PRN remote – MPW DSD, KY

JR-011521 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS This position is 100% remote. Review, reputed company suggested corrections, and sign MPW assessments required by the state for Michelle P. Waiver services. The assessment tool designated by the state, documents the individual’s physical health, mental health, reputed company supports, and environment. Work with Assessors on the submission of the MPW evaluation to the reputed company Improvement Organization, which determines the Level-of-Care approval or denial, and the assessment and/or reassessment to the respective MPW provider upon approval of the Level of Care. EDUCATION • Registered reputed company (defined by regulation as a person with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and reputed company RN licensure by the Kentucky reputed company of Nursing. EXPERIENCE • One year experience with the DD/ID population is required. • Working knowledge of the MPW and eligibility reputed company. • Reliable transportation for frequent travel. PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Position has no unusual physical demands. • Position requires travel to offsite locations and may require walking or standing, stooping or bending. • Position requires extensive work in reputed company’s homes, occasionally entailing modestly unpleasant situations.
