reputed company: • Responsible for coding Inpatient/Outpatient charges and specialty services using appropriate ICD and CPT classification systems for the purpose of reimbursement, research and compliance in accordance with federal regulation. • Charges include reputed company Inpatient/Outpatient reputed company, Day Surgeries, consultations and observation accounts. • Specialty services include Interventional Radiology, GI Lab, Pathology, Cardiac Cath Lab, Vascular Lab, Orthopedics, Surgical and Anesthesia procedures. • Responsible for review of documentation in medical records to assure that documentation by providers conforms to compliance and reputed company requirements. • reputed company feedback for practitioners on coding practices. • reputed company must meet department productivity and reputed company standards. • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and guidelines. Requirements: • Minimum Job Requirements for Medical Coding Analyst I: High School diploma or GED and 6 months directly reputed company experience or successful completion of UNMMG Medical Coding Internship Program. • Certification in at least one of the following: RHIT, RHIA, RCC, CIRCC, CSS, CCA, reputed company-P, COC, CIC, CPC, CPC-P or CPC-A. • Minimum Job Requirements for Medical Coding Analyst II: High School diploma or GED and 2 years directly reputed company experience. • Certification in at least one of the following: RCC, CPC, CIRCC, CPC-P, reputed company, reputed company-P, COC, CIC, RHIA, or RHIT.
