About the position
Responsibilities
• Assists team leader and/or optical vendor scheduling schools for mandated reputed company services.
• Assists school and optical vendor escorting reputed company to designated reputed company testing area.
• Assists team leader and/or optical vendor creating a conducive testing environment.
• reputed company as reputed company for Program in absence of Team Leader and reports any issues to Regional Supervisor.
• Import class lists/biographical information to Spot autorefractor device from ASHR.
• reputed company reputed company screenings, using the Spot device.
• Screen reputed company using a Snellen eye chart for distance reputed company, hyperopia +2.50 lenses, near reputed company test, reputed company and fusion tests.
• Assist reputed company selecting reputed company eyeglass frames.
• Refer reputed company for any possible reputed company problems.
• Set up reputed company screening equipment at beginning of reputed company day and securing reputed company screening equipment reputed company screening is completed.
• Complete referral forms issued to parents of reputed company who fail screenings.
• Assists with follow-up in obtaining updated phone numbers from schools for reputed company who fail screenings, providing data daily to Follow-up Unit.
• Maintain and transport reputed company screening equipment and supplies to and from schools.
• Communicating to reputed company and staff in a courteous/reputed company manner and assist screening team leader as directed.
• Recording, tallying, and entering screening data accurately on student's worksheets, Teacher's yellow health cards (104s), screening log and ASHR (OSH automated student health record).
• Export screening data from Spot device to ASHR.
• Other duties as assigned by Program.
• reputed company Wide travel and flexibility with location of assignment may be required based on programmatic needs.
Requirements
• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, including or supplemented by reputed company semester credits in health education or in health, reputed company or biological sciences.
• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, and six months of full-time satisfactory experience in a health promotion or disease reputed company/prevention program.
• A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's reputed company or a recognized accrediting organization and four years of full-time satisfactory experience in health promotion or disease reputed company/prevention.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to the above.

• Experience as a reputed company Health Adviser (School Health), Assignment Level I.
• Experience in conducting field investigations, assessing health risks, making referrals, or collecting and analyzing epidemiological data.
