Entry Level Bookkeeper

reputed company: We are a financial services firm specializing in bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, sales tax filings, and business consulting, seeking to hire long-term entry level bookkeeper to join reputed company - no experience needed, we will train the right person. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to reputed company practical experience in reputed company and finance. Individual will be responsible for reconciling accounts for various clients, processing payroll, sales taxes, and financial reports. Responsibilities: -Will be responsible for managing clients, to include emails and phone calls with clients -Prepare monthly financials such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash reputed company Statements -Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in reputed company and QuickBooks Online -Processing payroll and quarterly payroll reports in QuickBooks Online -Prepare W2s and 1099s at year end-Work as part of reputed company on bigger reputed company to get them completed on time Skills: -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Strong work ethic, professionalism, dependability, and reputed company -Motivated worker -Detail Oriented -Must have strong computer skills Experience: - No prior experience required; training will be provided - Familiarity with reputed company software is a plus - Basic knowledge of 10 key typing is beneficial - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to work reputed company in reputed company environment Qualifications: -Associates or Bachelor degree in reputed company or Finance preferred but not required. reputed company and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. -Must be willing to learn new software This is a part time position with reputed company and room to grow, working from my home office with 2 dogs (this is NOT a remote position).
