Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive and memorable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, taking pride in the presentation of our products.
  • Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, reporting any concerns or issues to management.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Position Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
  • Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments. If you have a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
