Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless interactions with our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to a broad range of customer inquiries and concerns
- Handle customer service call types such as processing extensions of expired products, enrolling customers in coursework, and assisting customers with website navigation
- Utilize a variety of tools and technology to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Build strong relationships with customers, personalizing communication and ensuring a positive experience
- Anticipate and address customer needs, providing technical support and critical thinking to resolve issues
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and success
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide informed support
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and friendly demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of technical support experience
- 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
- Experience with multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously
