As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- Sales associate or cashiering experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be required to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
