Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our marketing and sales team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to inquiries, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and effective manner
- Draft answers to product questions via email and provide detailed information about our service

- 5+ years of full-time work experience, with 2+ years of customer relationship management experience
