About Our Caremark Member Operations Division

Our Caremark Member Operations division, part of blithequark's Pharmacy Benefit Manager business, is seeking hundreds of Customer Care Representatives to join reputed company! As a Customer Service Representative in our Caremark Member Operations division, you'll play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and reputed company solutions to help members understand their coverage and reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a reputed company center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience * Computer proficiency in reputed company-based applications

Preferred Qualifications:
