Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing an exceptional first impression of blithequark.
  • Manage a multi-extension phone system, answering calls, transferring calls as necessary, and taking messages.
  • Provide entry-level support for customer service calls, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
  • Perform general receptionist duties, including responding to emails, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other office duties.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar computer programs; proficiency in Google Suite or other productivity software a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., ICSS, HDI).
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits:
