Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing an exceptional first impression of blithequark.
- Manage a multi-extension phone system, answering calls, transferring calls as necessary, and taking messages.
- Provide entry-level support for customer service calls, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
- Perform general receptionist duties, including responding to emails, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other office duties.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar computer programs; proficiency in Google Suite or other productivity software a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a related field.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., ICSS, HDI).

Compensation and Benefits:
