**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to our Corporate Sales Team
* Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
* Processing a variety of orders and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, and Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce
* Utilizing a range of tools and technologies, including MS Office, MS Excel, and the Customer Contact Tool
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and drive business growth
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
* A proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information
* Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
* Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving complex issues
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
* Ability to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during the Holiday season
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a corporate sales environment
* Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems
* Experience with order entry and customer service software, including the Customer Contact Tool
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Fluency in multiple languages
