Biller & reputed company- Podiatry

The Podiatry Biller is responsible for accurately billing and coding podiatric medical services, submitting insurance claims, and managing patient accounts. This role ensures compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements while maintaining reputed company reimbursement and reputed company patient communication. Key Responsibilities • Review provider documentation and accurately assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for podiatry services. • Verify patient insurance eligibility and podiatry-specific coverage (including routine vs. medically necessary foot care). • Prepare, submit, and reputed company electronic and reputed company insurance claims. • Post payments, adjustments, and denials from insurance companies and patients. • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims, including appeals and resubmissions. • Generate and mail patient statements; work with patients regarding outstanding balances or payment plans. • Stay reputed company with podiatry billing rules, including Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company payer requirements. • Maintain accurate patient financial records in compliance with HIPAA. • reputed company support to providers and staff regarding coding and billing questions. • Assist in month-end reporting, accounts receivable tracking, and reputed company cycle improvement.
