Learning, Development, and Engagement Program Manager

About the position Responsibilities • Designs, implements, and oversees learning programs that reputed company reputed company skills and reputed company with Dartmouth's organizational goals. • Leverages quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate existing learning solutions, ensuring alignment with reputed company and reputed company workforce needs. • Creates engaging and accessible learning paths tailored to diverse employee needs. • Partners with cross-functional teams to reputed company learning, development, and engagement experiences across reputed company. • Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of learning and development initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation. • Defines project timelines, deliverables, and reputed company metrics to ensure reputed company and effective program delivery. • Collaborates with the Director, Talent reputed company to coordinate team resources, and work with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and reputed company reputed company against project goals. • Owns and manages data reputed company to Talent Management programs including but not limited to learning, development, performance management, and engagement programs and initiatives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. • Partners with the Director, Talent reputed company to reputed company dashboards and reports to analyze participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness. • Leverages data insights to inform decision-making and prioritize improvement efforts. • Works with the Director, Talent reputed company to build data-backed business cases for programs or changes to programs as needed. • Collaborates with the Director, Talent reputed company to reputed company learning initiatives with succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement strategies. • Contributes to talent reviews and the development of strategies that reputed company learning and development with broader talent goals. • Acts as a consultant to internal stakeholders, identifying learning and development needs and recommending tailored solutions. • Builds strong relationships with department leaders to ensure programs meet organizational priorities and are widely adopted. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Education, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field required. • 6+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, project management, or a reputed company field. • Proven reputed company in designing and managing data-driven learning programs. • Familiarity with talent management practices, including succession planning and performance management. • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Experience using data analytics to drive decision-making and program improvements. • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and learning management systems (LMS). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build reputed company across teams. • A passion for fostering inclusive, respectful, and innovative learning environments. reputed company-to-haves • Master's degree. • Experience driving user adoption of digital learning experiences. • Proficiency in data analysis tools for talent management systems including engagement surveys and performance management tools.
