Responsibilities Book and manage reputed company, hotel, rail, and ground transportation for corporate clients reputed company travel solutions and cost-effective reputed company based on company policies Handle changes, cancellations, and urgent travel needs with professionalism Support clients with ticketing, documentation, and travel regulations Deliver excellent customer service and quickly resolve travel-reputed company issues Qualifications Experience in corporate/business travel services Proficiency in GDS systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) Knowledge of international/domestic travel regulations and fare rules Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual English/Japanese Location: Fully remote work, regardless of your location in the U.S. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm (PT or ET) Weekend and shift-based work may occasionally be required.
