As a remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the spark that brightens days for our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Bring your passion and product knowledge to recommend upgrades to health plans and provide personalized support to customers.
  • Conduct research and outbound calls to answer general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests, and other customer inquiries.
  • Assist members with navigating their online health accounts, locating doctor and facility information, and resolving issues with a smile.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by being responsive, empathetic, and solution-focused.

Essential Qualifications

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps).
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare customer service or a related field.
  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a difference in people's lives.
