About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and respond to account inquiries with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of blithequark.
- Ensure seamless communication across various departments to enhance the overall customer experience, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Address billing inquiries and manage tasks efficiently through our ticketing system, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex customer issues.
- Exhibit exceptional care and urgency, exemplifying blithequark's unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and transparent manner.
- Continuously update your knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry such as Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support.
- A High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in managing billing inquiries and familiarity with ticketing systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous, but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
