About the Role

Following an initial 3 weeks of comprehensive on-site training in Tampa, Florida, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and respond to account inquiries with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of blithequark.
  • Ensure seamless communication across various departments to enhance the overall customer experience, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Address billing inquiries and manage tasks efficiently through our ticketing system, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex customer issues.
  • Exhibit exceptional care and urgency, exemplifying blithequark's unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry such as Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support.
  • A High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in managing billing inquiries and familiarity with ticketing systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous, but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications
