Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interactions: Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

  • Age and Education: Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and a basic understanding of Windows operating system.
  • Reliability and Attendance: Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues, with an aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or call center environment.

Physical Requirements
