As a remote call center customer service representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Acting as the go-to person for customers, providing information about products and services, answering questions, and resolving inquiries or concerns via phone, email, and/or chat
- Receiving inbound calls or making outbound calls to identify and assess customers' needs, exceeding customer satisfaction targets at the first point of contact
- Meeting personal and customer service targets, KPIs, and call handling quotas based on program specifics
- Utilizing computer and business software programs, such as email, internet, chat tools, and CRMs, to track customer interactions and notes
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a remote call center customer service representative at blithequark, you'll need:- A passion for talking on the phone and providing exceptional customer service
- Previous customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction in each interaction
- A positive attitude, professional communication skills, and a desire to go above and beyond
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Strong people skills, including being friendly, empathetic, and a good listener
- Tech-savviness, with the ability to comfortably toggle between multiple computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and client CRM systems
- 100% attendance at scheduled training sessions
Remote Opportunity Requirements
To work from home as a remote call center customer service representative, you'll need:- A quiet and undisturbed workspace with fast and reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload)
- A home router with an Ethernet link to your PC/laptop and a dependable power strip
- A mobile phone with unlimited landline minutes and strong cell service/battery life (in lieu of a landline)
